N. Y. Finger Lakes Region Squadron

The† NY Finger Lakes Region Squadron held its first meeting on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Mickey Finnís Restaurant in Victor, NY. At this initial meeting a discussion was initiated with regards to forming a regional squadron, to be named the NY Finger Lakes Region Squadron, Sampson AFBVA. The plan met with enthusiasm.

Bill Bernatovich volunteered to serve as the first commander and there were no objections or alternate suggestions so we moved onto additional business.

It, was agreed that membership will be open to all military personnel, veterans and their friends. Memberís spouses and significant others will automatically become honorary members. It was also agreed that dues were necessary and would be $15.00 per calendar year.

Our meetings are held every other month at Mickey Finns Restaurant in Victor, NY which is centrally located to Rochester, between exits† # 45 and # 46 off the N. Y. Thruway.
